What is FaceTite/ Embrace RF? 

(ALSO KNOWN AS RFAL: RADIO-FREQUENCY ASSISTED LIPOLYSIS OR RADIO-FREQUENCY ASSISTED LIPOSUCTION)

FaceTite is one of the most advanced nonsurgical contouring procedures available. Like bodytite, it is a form of liposuction coupled with radiofrequency technology to heat and contract the overlying skin. It can provide surgical facelift-like results with dramatically less downtime. When coupled with Morpheus8 Micrneedling, the technology is known as Embrace RF. The thought is the two work together to produce even more dramatic results.

FaceTite dramatically mproves skin laxity on the face and neck, which was previously only attainable through a surgical procedure like a lower neck and facelift. FaceTite utilizes minimally invasive radio-frequency energy to melt fat and tighten skin. Morpheus8 is a microneedling treatment that stimulates collagen production, resulting in enhanced skin tightening and texture.

When to consider FaceTite or EmraceRF? 

As we age, skin begins to lose elasticity, and facial tissues lose volume. Eventually, this results in“jowls” on the lower face, deep wrinkles, and loose skin on the neck. While this is a natural part of growing older, patients who are bothered by these signs of aging may find that non-surgical options like fillers aren’t enough but are not quite ready for a facelift.

What is the downtime?

Downtime is fairly minimal but does vary depending upon treatment area. Average downtime is 1-2 days but can sometimes take up to 7 days. Most people can go back to work within 2-3 days.

What are my restrictions after the procedure?

Patients should refrain from vigorous activity/ exercise for about 2 weeks but otherwise can return to normal daily activities within 24-48 hours.
